User Story 4 (FE): Voice Note Recording¶

Story: As a Citizen, I want to record a 30-second voice note, so that I can provide details hands-free while maintaining safety.

• In-Scope: Mic button, recording state UI, progress bar, delete button.
• Out-of-Scope: Voice-to-text transcription.
• Acceptance Criteria (AC):
  1. Pressing the mic button starts recording; button changes to indicate "Recording."
  2. Recording must auto-stop at 30 seconds.
  3. User must be able to playback or delete the recording before submission.
• Validation Rules: Max duration 30 seconds; Audio format: AAC/MP3.
• Error Messages: "Microphone permission denied," "Recording too short (min 2s)."
• DoD: Tested for audio clarity, memory leak check on recording session.
