Description

User Story 6 (BE/INFRA): Real-time Dispatch to Police Panel

Story: As a Police Responder, I want to receive AI-analyzed reports within 10 seconds, so that I can act while the incident is still active.

  • In-Scope:
    • WebSocket or Push notification trigger for the Police Panel.
    • Final payload assembly (Photo URL + Transcript + AI Category + Severity).
  • Out-of-Scope: Mobile push notifications for Police (Panel/Web only for this story).
  • Acceptance Criteria (AC):
    1. The total pipeline (Ingest → AI → Dispatch) must complete in <10 seconds.
    2. The Police Panel must update via live-feed without a page refresh.
  • Validation Rules:
    • Latency requirement: ≤10,000ms.
  • Error Messages:
    • "Downstream Push Failure: Panel not reachable."
  • DoD: E2E load test passing with 50 concurrent reports, WebSocket stability verified.
