• User can open enquiry form from Package Details page.
• Form should display package information.
• User can edit travel requirements.
• Mandatory fields are clearly marked.
• Responsive on Mobile, Tablet and Desktop.
• Validation messages appear instantly.
• Submit button remains disabled until mandatory fields are completed.
• Loading indicator is shown while submitting.
• Success screen appears after successful submission.
• Failure message is shown if submission fails.
