Description

As a customer,

I want to receive an on-screen confirmation along with my booking reference immediately after submitting a quote request,

So that I know my enquiry has been successfully registered and is being processed by the travel team.

Description

After successfully submitting a quote request, the application should display a confirmation screen containing the booking reference number, enquiry status, and expected response timeline. The customer should also be informed that a confirmation email has been sent to their registered email address.

Acceptance Criteria

  • System displays a success confirmation page after quote submission.
  • Booking Reference Number is prominently displayed.
  • Confirmation message indicates that the enquiry has been successfully submitted.
  • Expected response timeline is displayed.
  • User is informed that a confirmation email has been sent.
  • Current enquiry status is displayed as Received.
  • User can navigate to My Quotes / My Enquiries.
  • User can continue browsing other travel packages.
  • Responsive UI for Mobile, Tablet, and Desktop.
  • Appropriate error message is displayed if confirmation data cannot be loaded.
