Email Delivery Status
As a Customer
I want confirmation that my email has been successfully sent
So that I know communication has been delivered.
Acceptance Criteria
Customer sees success notification.
Email delivery status stored.
Failed email attempts are retried automatically.
Admin receives notification if delivery repeatedly fails.
