Generate Confirmation Email
As a System
I want to automatically generate confirmation emails
So that every enquiry receives acknowledgement.
Backend Logic
Trigger after enquiry creation.
Load email template.
Replace dynamic placeholders.
Generate Booking Reference.
Queue email.
Send through SMTP/Email Provider.
Save delivery log.
