Display Homepage Banner Carousel
As a Visitor, I want to see promotional banners on the homepage so that I can quickly discover featured destinations, offers, or announcements.
Acceptance Criteria
Banner carousel loads automatically on page load.
Maximum 10 banners displayed.
Banner order follows the sequence configured in Admin.
Automatic slide transition every configurable interval (default 5 seconds).
Manual navigation using Previous and Next controls.
Mobile responsive.
Lazy loading enabled for performance.
