US-006 — Navigate to CS Global Summit

User Story

As a website visitor, I want to navigate from the CS Network website to the CS Global Summit so that I can learn about the Summit and request participation.

Acceptance Criteria

The CS Global Summit is reachable from the CS Network website.
The Summit can be reached in one navigation step from the public website.
The navigation clearly identifies the Summit.
The visitor is taken to the public Summit experience.
The navigation works on mobile, tablet and desktop devices.

Out of Scope

Summit application processing.
Committee review.
Payment.
Invitation issuance.

Business Rules / Notes

The functional scope explicitly requires navigation that reaches the Summit in one step from anywhere on the CS Network website.

Dependencies / Decision Required

Final Summit URL/navigation placement needs to be confirmed during UI/content design.
