The front desk shall be able to create a household after confirming that an existing record was not found.

Required Fields¶

Primary Contact Name
Mobile Number
WhatsApp Number
WhatsApp Consent
Animal Photo Consent

Acceptance Criteria¶

• Household creation cannot begin before search has been performed.
• Required fields are clearly marked.
• Mobile number is validated.
• Consent fields require an explicit selection.
• Successful creation returns the household identifier.
• The user can proceed to patient registration.

• Household merge from this screen.
• Customer marketing campaigns.
• Loyalty programs.

The backend shall create a unique household record.

Acceptance Criteria¶

• Household ID is system generated.
• Created date is system generated.
• Created by is system generated.
• Household status defaults to Active.
• Duplicate mobile detection is performed.
• Database transaction is atomic.
• Failed creation does not create a partial household.
