Breed must be dependent on species.

Provide searchable breed selection dependent on selected species.

Acceptance Criteria¶

• Breed list changes when species changes.
• Inactive breeds cannot be selected.
• User can search breed.
• User cannot select a Dog breed for a Cat.
• User can select "Other" where provided.

Validate that:

breed.species_id == patient.species_id

Any invalid species/breed combination must be rejected.
