Duplicate Prevention¶
Business Objective¶
Make finding an existing household easier than creating a duplicate.
When a mobile number already exists, the system should warn the desk.
Example:

Frontend Story¶

Show duplicate-household warning during registration.
Acceptance Criteria¶
- Existing mobile match is detected.
- Warning appears before duplicate household creation.
- Existing animals are shown.
- User can add the new animal to existing household.
- User is not forced to create another household.
Backend Story¶
US-001-01-08-01-BE
Detect possible duplicate household records.
Acceptance Criteria¶
- Mobile number is checked.
- Existing household ID is returned.
- Existing patient count is returned.
- Existing patients can be retrieved.
- Duplicate creation requires explicit business handling.
