Merge two household records without losing historical information.

Acceptance Criteria¶

• Both records are identified.
• User explicitly confirms merge.
• Animals are retained.
• Visits are retained.
• Bills are retained.
• Photographs are retained.
• Historical references remain traceable.
• Original record points to surviving record.
• Merge action is audited.
• Undo is possible within configured window.

Out of Scope¶

• Automatic merging without human confirmation.
• Destructive deletion of historical data.
