User Story

As a veterinarian, I want my examination findings to be saved against the current consultation so that the examination becomes part of the patient's permanent clinical history.

Acceptance Criteria¶

• Selected markers are retained.
• Free clinical notes are retained.
• Weight is retained.
• Doctor can review entered information before completion.
• Saved state is visually clear.
• Unsaved changes are not silently discarded.

Out of Scope¶

• Editing completed historical consultations unless a separate correction workflow is approved.

Backend shall save:

Acceptance Criteria¶

• Findings belong to the correct consultation.
• Findings remain available when consultation history is opened.
• Data is not duplicated because of repeated save requests.
• User and timestamp are recorded.
