The walkthrough states that when the doctor opens the animal's card, the history should show previous visits, diagnoses, prescriptions and previous/current weight.

As a veterinarian, I want to see relevant previous patient information before recording today's examination so that I can understand the patient's clinical history.

UI should show, where available:¶

• Previous visit date.
• Reason for previous visit.
• Previous diagnosis.
• Previous prescription/treatment.
• Previous weight.
• Today's weight.

Acceptance Criteria¶

AC-01

Doctor can see previous clinical history when opening the patient.

AC-02

Previous weight is distinguishable from today's weight.

AC-03

Historical information is read-only within the current examination flow.

Out of Scope¶

• Changing historical records from this screen.
• AI-generated summary unless separately approved.

Backend shall provide the patient's relevant previous consultation information to the examination screen.

Acceptance Criteria¶

• Correct patient history is returned.
• History is ordered chronologically.
• No records from another patient are returned.
• Missing history results in an empty-state response rather than an error.
