Title: Provide unified patient search interface

As a: Front Desk User

I want to: Search for an owner, mobile number, pet name or patient code from one search box

So that: I can find an existing patient without deciding which search type to use.

Frontend Requirements¶

The screen shall contain:

Search patient, owner or mobile
[_____________________________]

The UI shall not require:

Search by:
○ Name
○ Mobile
○ Patient ID
○ Pet

Acceptance Criteria¶

AC-01

Given the registration screen is open,

When the front desk enters an owner name,

Then matching household/patient records are displayed.

AC-02

Given the registration screen is open,

When the user enters a mobile number,

Then matching households/patients are displayed.

AC-03

When the user enters a pet name,

Then matching patients are displayed.

AC-04

When the user enters a patient code,

Then the exact patient is displayed.

AC-05

The interface must use a single search field.

AC-06

The UI must support partial search.

AC-07

The UI must display a loading state while searching.

AC-08

The UI must display a clear "No patient found" state.

AC-09

The UI must allow the user to continue to new registration when no suitable existing record is found.

AC-10

The UI must clearly distinguish multiple similar patients.
