Patient Search¶

Business Objective¶

Before creating a new customer or patient, the desk must search the existing database.

The user should have one search box, rather than asking the desk employee to decide what type of search they are performing.

Search must support:

• Owner name
• Owner mobile
• Pet name
• Patient code
• Approximate / sound-alike name matching

The V3 walkthrough specifically states that the desk should search all of these simultaneously.
