Title: Implement unified patient search API

As a: backend application

I want: A single patient-search API

So that: The frontend can search all supported patient/household identifiers through one interface.

Backend Requirements¶

Search shall support:

owner_name
owner_mobile
whatsapp_number
patient_name
patient_code

The backend should support approximate/sound-alike name matching as specified by V3.

Acceptance Criteria¶

AC-01

API accepts a single search query.

AC-02

API searches owner name.

AC-03

API searches mobile number.

AC-04

API searches patient name.

AC-05

API searches patient code.

AC-06

API supports partial matching.

AC-07

Name matching supports sound-alike/approximate matching.

AC-08

Results return one result per animal/patient.

AC-09

Results include enough information for the frontend to identify the correct animal.
